Terms of service

Shopping with Lemme Sales

This store is operated by Lemme Sales LLC. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.

Products and orders

Please review the product description, dimensions, included items and care instructions before ordering. Screen colors may vary. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

Prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future orders. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Fulfillment and delivery

Our Home essentials products are shipped directly by fulfillment partners. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please review our shipping policy for charges, processing and delivery information.

Returns and cancellations

We offer assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items as described in our return and refund policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Cancellation requests depend on whether fulfillment has started. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Product use

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the care instructions. Test cleaning tools on a small, inconspicuous area before wider use and keep small parts away from children.
